How many cities can I add to the meeting planner?

There is no hard limit. You can add as many cities as you need. The grid scrolls vertically to accommodate additional rows, and each row stays aligned to the same timeline.

Does the planner adjust for daylight saving time?

Yes. The grid uses IANA timezone data with automatic DST transitions. If you are planning a meeting weeks in advance and a DST change happens in between, the grid reflects the correct offset for the date you select using the date picker at the top.

Can I plan a meeting for a specific future date?

Yes. Use the date picker row at the top of the grid to select any date. The grid recalculates all offsets for that date, which is important when DST transitions fall between now and your meeting date.

How do I share the planned meeting time with participants?

After selecting a time range, use any of the export options: ICS download creates a universal calendar file, Google Calendar adds it directly to your calendar, Gmail drafts an email invite, and Share link generates a URL that opens the planner with your exact selection pre-loaded.

What if there is no overlapping work hours between my team's cities?

The grid makes this visible immediately — if no column shows green across all rows, there is no standard-hours overlap. In this case, look for the column with the most green and least gray. Many distributed teams rotate meeting times weekly so the inconvenience is shared equally.
