The video codec defaults to MPEG-1 and the audio codec defaults to MP2 for MPEG output. Under Advanced settings, you can switch to MPEG-2, H.264, and 25+ other codecs. Background color can be customized.
TIF (Tagged Image File Format) is the industry standard for high-quality archival and print images. MPEG is the universal video format for DVD, broadcast, and legacy media systems. Converting TIF images to MPEG creates video slideshows and presentations from professional photography and scanned documents — playable on DVD players, broadcast systems, and virtually every media player.
