If you get error #x when converting and the document doesn't display correctly it means that there is something wrong with the postscript compatible file. This can be caused by several things. Suggestions for troubleshooting this problem are:
Select the option in the printer driver options under the "postscript" tab that says "optimized for portability" instead of the default "optimized for speed"
